Whoa, giant chaetognathan from the Cambrian! Timorebestia koprii - Dreadful beast of the koprii's name (Korean Polar Research Institute). The Timorebestia was apparently 30 cm long, and was in the upper tiers of the food web! science.org/doi/10.1126/scia…

On Nov 25, the 31st Annual Conference of the Palaeontological Society of China opened in #Nanjing. Over 20 paleontology experts from 10 countries including the United Kingdom, Japan, Korea, and Russia attended the event, promoting the internationalization of Chinese paleontology.
