The associations between playing a musical instrument and grey matter in older adults at risk for dementia: a whole-brain VBM analysis by Nicole Espinosa & Sharon L. Naismith (@Prof_Naismith) et al.
Findings suggest that playing a musical instrument may be linked to preserved grey matter volume in key brain regions, offering potential protective effects against dementia risk.
