🚨NEW: Labour councillor, who helped draft the Online Safety Bill and is a Political Organiser for "Hope Not Hate", has pleaded guilty to grooming a 13-year-old child.
Liron Velleman, who was also a member of the Jewish Labour Movement, sent online messages asking to see the girl in her school uniform, how old she was and if she was at home alone.
He sent a video of his penis and asked to see her in her underwear.
He will be sentenced at a later date.
