Highlighted the need for: • Filling administrative and faculty vacancies in a time-bound manner. • Appointment of regular Registrars, including at NIPER Hyderabad. • Strengthening career placement and skill development initiatives. • Greater accountability and transparency in the functioning of Governing Boards. • Periodic review of Centres of Excellence and BIO-SHAKTI outcomes to ensure measurable impact on India's pharmaceutical sector. I also emphasized Hyderabad's position as India's Life Sciences and Pharma Capital, contributing nearly 40% of the country's bulk drug and API production, and stressed the need to align NIPER's growth with India's vision of becoming a global pharmaceutical powerhouse. Additionally, I urged the Council to ensure justice and due process in unresolved institutional matters affecting academic professionals. Strong institutions, transparent governance, and world-class research are essential for India's journey towards becoming a global leader in pharmaceuticals and life sciences.

The real question is simple: Has the life of the common Indian improved? • Jobs: A promise of 2 crore jobs every year was made, yet urban youth unemployment stood at around 13.7% (PLFS 2023–24), with educated young people continuing to struggle for opportunities. • Inflation: Food inflation touched 8–10% during several months of 2024, making everyday essentials more expensive for ordinary families. • Public Debt: India’s combined Centre and State debt is now over 80% of GDP, increasing the burden on future generations. • Students: Repeated controversies around NEET-UG, UGC-NET, and other recruitment exams have left lakhs of aspirants uncertain about their future. • MSMEs: The sector that contributes 30% of GDP and provides over 11 crore jobs continues to face credit and business challenges. • Demonetisation: Citizens were told it would eliminate black money, but 99.3% of the demonetised currency returned to the banking system, according to the RBI. If almost all the cash came back, the obvious question is: how much black money was actually recovered? Meanwhile, millions of Indians stood in queues, lost livelihoods, and small businesses suffered enormous losses. • Child Nutrition: NFHS-5 found that 35.5% of children under five are stunted, 32.1% are underweight, and 19.3% are wasted, showing that malnutrition remains a serious challenge. • Farmers: Nationwide protests over MSP and income security eventually led to the repeal of the three farm laws in 2021. After more than a decade, citizens deserve more than promises, they deserve results. 12 साल से ज़्यादा समय तक सत्ता में रहने के बाद @BJP4India अब जनता को नारों नहीं, हिसाब चाहिए। • रोज़गार: हर साल 2 करोड़ नौकरियाँ देने का वादा किया गया था। लेकिन PLFS 2023–24 के अनुसार, शहरों में 15–29 साल के युवाओं की बेरोज़गारी दर लगभग 13.7% रही। लाखों पढ़े-लिखे युवा आज भी नौकरी का इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं। • महंगाई: 2024 में कई महीनों तक खाने-पीने की चीज़ों की महंगाई 8–10% तक रही। दाल, सब्ज़ी, तेल और रोज़मर्रा का सामान आम लोगों की जेब पर भारी पड़ा। • देश पर कर्ज़: केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों का कुल कर्ज़ GDP के 80% से ज़्यादा पहुँच चुका है, यानी आने वाले समय में इसका बोझ भी देश को उठाना होगा। • छात्रों का भविष्य: NEET, UGC-NET और कई भर्ती परीक्षाओं में पेपर लीक और गड़बड़ियों ने लाखों युवाओं की मेहनत पर पानी फेर दिया। • छोटे व्यापारी: 11 करोड़ से ज़्यादा लोगों को रोज़गार देने वाला MSME सेक्टर आज भी पैसे की कमी और कारोबार की मुश्किलों से जूझ रहा है। • नोटबंदी: कहा गया था कि इससे काला धन बाहर आएगा। लेकिन RBI के मुताबिक 99.3% नोट वापस बैंकों में लौट आए। अगर लगभग पूरा पैसा वापस आ गया, तो सवाल उठता है—काला धन कितना मिला? उल्टा, आम लोगों ने घंटों लाइन में खड़े होकर तकलीफ़ झेली, छोटे व्यापार ठप पड़े और लाखों परिवारों की रोज़ी-रोटी प्रभावित हुई। • बच्चों का पोषण: NFHS-5 के अनुसार, हर 3 में से 1 बच्चा कमज़ोर या कुपोषण का शिकार है। यह बताता है कि विकास का लाभ अभी भी हर घर तक नहीं पहुँचा है। • किसान: MSP और बेहतर आय की मांग को लेकर देशभर में लंबे आंदोलन हुए, जिसके बाद सरकार को तीनों कृषि कानून वापस लेने पड़े। 12 साल बाद जनता का सवाल बहुत सीधा है,नौकरियाँ कहाँ हैं? महंगाई कब कम होगी? किसानों की आय कब बढ़ेगी? युवाओं का भविष्य कब सुरक्षित होगा? आख़िर में, किसी भी सरकार की पहचान उसके भाषणों से नहीं, बल्कि आम आदमी की ज़िंदगी में आए बदलाव से होती है। "अच्छे दिन कब आएंगे, @narendramodi Ji?"
