@waitrose How stupid to plan maintenance on your website for when people are trying to log on to amend tomorrow's deliveries by 6pm. I normally up my order from £40 to about £100 the day before. No wonder your lines are busy. I've been waiting on the phone for 10 minutes.

Unable to access my online @firstdirect bank account for over a week. I've been forced to have a security key, which I didn't want, when it stopped working last Wednesday it took 20 minutes to get through on the phone. Still waiting for the replacement. What am I supposed to do?

Do as i say not as I do. Occured when millions of single people were not even hugging partners in different households to protect others; and when plenty in loveless marriages were practising abstention. Its not a private matter in these circumstances. Worse than Cummings.

Matt Hancock will argue his affair is private, but it took place at his work, during the biggest crisis in decades, at a time hugging was publicly not allowed, with someone he brought to government in questioned circumstances. The public interest seems quite clear-cut here.

Furious that I've been trying to update my @tesco order without success. Just keep getting a blank screen. No way to contact them by e-mail and phone line shuts at 11pm, 45 minutes earlier than on-line order deadline.

Offered a 0% interest balance transfer by #johnlewisfinancialservices
for which I paid a 2.7% fee. Noticed that I've been charged interest. No help from Customer "lack of" Services.

Won't be buying from @Boilerjuice again. Delivery appears to be 150-200 litres short. Can't get through on the phone and they won't answer their e-mails.
