Took a long run today with no electronics (no phone, smartwatch or headphones). Just the sun, wind and thoughts. Deeply relaxing, the best feeling in a long time. The pandemic has made the world more lonely, and yet, we rarely have time with our thoughts. Do it! You won't regret!
