Teams have now stood down from #Epping incident. @RedCrossCRCC mobilised 3 support vehicles & 6 #volunteers, with more on standby should they be needed from #Essex #Hertfordshire & #Kent The team provided practical & emotional support to evacuated residents throughout today.

On #RemembranceDay, we pay tribute to all the Red Cross volunteers who supported servicemen during the First and Second World Wars. This weekend, volunteers from across the organisation will be representing the British Red Cross at official Remembrance Day events in London.

Volunteers from across the organisation were chosen to represent the British Red Cross at #RemembranceSunday commemorations in London. Volunteers were involved in the Civilian Services Contingent and also the Cenotaph March Past. Thank you ❤

In the aftermath of Storm Dennis, we set up a new emergency response team in the Rhondda Cynon Taf area. When an emergency happens, our teams are there to support people, whether that's a house fire, a terrorist attack or a flood like the one this community experienced.

"We have lost our jobs. We have nothing" Damaged houses🏚️ No jobs🚫 Mine risks💣 Many families in #Kharkiv region are without income due to the international armed conflict. The @ICRC supplied them with greenhouses, so they can provide for themselves & support their families.
