The attack at Pulse Nightclub was a horrific act of hate that devastated Orlando's LGBTQ community and the nation 10 years ago today.
We remember the 49 lives we lost and stand with their loved ones who continue to grieve this enormous loss. We must continue to root out hate and discrimination in all forms and protect our communities from gun violence. Their legacy demands that we never stop working toward a safer, more inclusive future.

As the 2026 FIFA World Cup begins, I'm glad the United States, alongside our longtime allies Mexico and Canada, is hosting this year's tournament. ⚽🏆
Soccer truly is the only game that transcends borders, cultures, and languages. At a time when the world often feels divided, I hope this tournament serves as a reminder that sports have the unique ability to unite people across cultures and continents through shared love of the game.

Access to contraception should be a decision made by women and their doctors, not politicians. I signed @RepFletcher’s discharge petition to force a House vote on the Right to Contraception Act to protect access to birth control. While Republicans continue to restrict access to healthcare, Democrats are fighting to protect reproductive freedom.

As we approach the 14th anniversary of DACA and in the face of Trump's attacks on our immigrant communities - including his $70 billion blank check for mass deportations - we remain committed to protecting the Dreamers who call the U.S. home. The Trump administration is taking more than 6 months to process work permit renewals for DACA recipients who are filing on time and following every rule. That delay is unacceptable and is causing real harm to families and businesses across our communities.
