If you're 40.
Instead of regretting that you can't wake up at age 20 again, pretend to yourself that you're 90, and you've woken up at age 40 again, and that you get to magically, wonderfully have the next 50 years again.
The flowers of Remembrance. Hour after hour an unceasing pilgrimage of bereaved mothers, wives, daughters, and sweethearts lay floral offerings on the Cenotaph. Armistice Day, 1920.

The @RevivalOcean crew are less than a week away from completing their epic row across the Indian Ocean π£
This has thrown challenges at them: a capsize leading to deep lacerations, and, in the last 48 hours, an electrical blackout onboard meaning no power and a glitchy AIS π±
WORLD RECORD MAKERS π
After 72 days and 10 hours on the water, the @RevivalOcean team have just made history to become the first crew in a traditional ocean rowing boat to row across the Indian Ocean from mainland to mainland, setting off in May from Geraldton, Australia and making landfall on Friday in Kilifi, Kenya. No engine, no sail and no support - just four rowers with a joint ambition. π
Led by Royal Marine Matt Mason, the team have overcome storms, a capsize at night - that broke equipment and lacerated a crew memberβs face - sores, injuries and exhaustion.
And their boat - No Great Shakes - is now the only rowing boat on the planet to have crossed four of Earthβs oceans - Atlantic, Pacific, Arctic and now the Indian. π£ββοΈ
Well done to the team! π

One thing about Norway, is that the scenery is absolutley stunning!
Doing our training rows and system checks in the fjords surrounding Tromso has been an amazing experience, and one that will stay with the team forever. A truly magical location!
This afternoon the Bishop of Exeter blessed the boat of the rowing crew hoping to break three world records as they row across the Arctic Ocean, raising money for @YMCAExeter. This incredible journey will see them row 550 nautical miles and Matt Mason β boat Skipper and Plymouth based Royal Marine β states that having the boat bless by the Bishop gives them a "huge level of comfort" as the Arctic Ocean is "ever changing". #ExeterCathedral wishes them good luck on their journey. @CofEDevon@RoyalMarines@RevivalOcean
