I want to express my EXTREME displeasure with @FlySwoop during this time of difficult travel. Swoop cancelled my flight Friday due to weather, out of their control, but did nothing to make it right, no customer service, no alternate plans to get me and my family on another flight
Within a reasonable time or price. When I contacted them, they were extremely unhelpful and not willing to do anything to ensure we could get on another flight. They left me high and dry and I was forced to pay an enormous increase to fly.
