Delighted & proud to have attended the @RoyalAgSociety's Awards Day hosted by @CourteenhallEst. The very worthy gold medal recipients included Lord Hertford, Simon Griffiths, David Brass & @Minette_Batters. I was particularly pleased to applaud @angusgowthorpe & @fowell103 receiving gold medals in recognition for their outstanding contributions to the agricultural industry. Angus is a founding member of @TheGreenFarmCo1 & a true pioneer in #RegenerativeAgriculture. David has also been a forerunner, leading the way in cover crops & focusing on #SoilHealth. Both engage regularly with the general public as well as other farmers encouraging shared learning in sustainable agricultural practices & #biodiversity enhancement. After the ceremony we listened to an informative presentation by @JohnnyWake1 before heading out for an interesting tour around part of the estate. A wonderful day was had by all!
