It is encouraging to see more South Africans speaking out against the rising hostility and unfair treatment directed at fellow Africans in the country. No African should be made to feel like a stranger on African soil simply because of their nationality.
We must be careful not to let frustration, misinformation, or political rhetoric turn into hatred toward our own people. Many of those involved may be acting out of confusion or influence, and that is exactly why truthful voices are needed to redirect the narrative.
South Africa belongs to South Africans, that is a fact but Africa as a whole was never meant to be divided into gates and barriers between its own people. We cannot accept a reality where Africans exclude Africans while embracing outsiders without question. Not in Africa, Not in our Generation!
