1.25mm Rota burr requires 0.060 inch at least, which means 7Fr GEC absolutely. 1.5mm Rota burr is barely safe for crossing 7Fr GEC. Thank you for the information.

My fellow was having trouble engaging the RCA & the JR4 somehow made a loop in the aorta. He inserted the 0.035 wire but couldn’t straighten it so pulled it back but got stuck in the small femoral artery. What would you do? 1/9 #radialfirst #cardiotwitter #cardioed #accfit #meded

I've been working with a generous donor to get a million PPEs (masks) to the myriad healthcare workers in NYC who constantly tell us they're facing shortages.
Yet, hurdle after hurdle of dysfunction is severely inhibiting us from getting donated masks to those in need.
