Truly decentralized systems are supranational and donโt adhere to standard geopolitics โ indeed, they render them obsolete.
Iโll be visiting Asia to discuss refocusing the AI race through non-permissioned borderless competitive systems; I believe it's the way to avert an AI hot war.
