LIVE: After draconian decision to apply a terrorist connection to Filton 4 protests continue outside court as Met Police arrest of a hundred sign holders shows proscription of Palestine Action is an untenable use of terrorism legislation to silence dissent and peaceful protest.

So that's it then. Injustice Johnson sentenced the Filton 4 as *terrorists* today. "This would also mean the suffragettes, the Greenham Common women and the Trident Ploughshares movement were terrorists" - Sam Corner's barrister theguardian.com/uk-news/2026…

This is the clearest explanation & analysis of what is happening in my daughter's (Filton 25) case I have ever read. Thank you @Jonathan_K_Cook PLEASE read this to understand the tidal wave of injustice these young prisoners of conscience are facing
Judge Johnson so rigged the trial of anti-genocide activists that thousands of legal professionals have urged him to step down from the sentencing hearing on Friday. But the judge’s dirty work is not yet complete. Read my latest article here: jonathancook.substack.com/p/…

🚨BREAKING -- Around 100 public figures including Sally Rooney, Greta Thunberg, Steve Coogan, and Mohammed El-Kurd have signed an open letter warning against "unjust" terror sentences for Palestine Action activists. "To bypass the jury and sentence a group of protesters as terrorists would constitute an extremely grave miscarriage of justice, with consequences far beyond this case alone", the letter states. 👉artistsforpalestine.org.uk/p…

The drones destroyed by my daughter & others in Elbit's Filton factory in Bristol are designed to do exactly this. This is what the UK government is using counter terror powers to protect 👇

His bias is off the wall.
BREAKING Judge Johnson decides not to recuse himself from the sentencing of the Filton 4. “Any fair minded observer would not consider a possibility of bias. I therefore refuse to recuse myself…”, he stated. 5,116 people publicly disagreed, signing a letter of complaint.

BREAKING: 100 public figures urge Judge Johnson to not sentence four direct action protestors as terrorists. The four were only convicted of criminal damage for destroying Israeli drones, by a jury which was unaware of the potential terrorism sentence. artistsforpalestine.org.uk/p…

This Friday, 12 June, 4 young activists who broke into an Israeli weapons factory in Bristol - and were convicted of criminal damage - face sentencing AS TERRORISTS. This is unprecedented in British legal history. We have to act now! 4 things you can do... 🧵

I'll be there on 12 June because Fatema Zainab, Sam, Lottie & Ellie are family now, as my daughter Zoe's beloved co-defendants. If not for them, or Palestine, show up for yourself. Or face a future in the UK where using counter terror powers to crush dissent becomes the norm.

Saving Lives Is Not Terrorism. A UK judge may be about to sentence four young people as “terrorists” for dismantling these drones at an Elbit weapons factory on UK soil. They were not convicted of terrorism. Join us on June 12th to oppose this injustice: defendourjuries.net/savingli…
Leaked documents show Israeli drones made by Elbit – which has factories in the UK – took a leading a role in the mass slaughter in Gaza, with onboard AI systems selecting targets autonomously, based on algorithms. The drones are integrated into a "Server in the Sky". Palestine Action was declared a terrorist organisation by the UK government for trying to destroy this drone production. Israel announced last week its annual defence exports had surged by 30% on the back of showcasing what Israeli tech can do in Gaza, to $20 billion. archive.ph/lJtqr

Do I have a message for @Keir_Starmer? Yes, as a matter of fact, I do 🤔 [Top tip for repressive regimes: don't radicalise mothers by putting their children in prison. You will regret it]

Four of the Palestine Action protestors have been convicted by jury of criminal damage. At no point was it put to the jury that the judge may sentence them as terrorists. This is unprecedented move and could set a further dangerous precedent for future cases relating to protests. theguardian.com/uk-news/2026…
