Neurogenic diarrhoea after superior mesenteric artery divestment or resection for pancreatic adenocarcinoma following preoperative chemotherapy: international multicentre retrospective study ➡️doi.org/10.1093/bjsopen/zrag… In this international multicentre study including 291 patients with superior mesenteric artery (SMA) divestment/resection during surgery for pancreatic adenocarcinoma after preoperative chemotherapy, postoperative neurogenic diarrhoea occurred in 66% of patients, particularly after > 180° SMA divestment or resection.
