They’re not firing them. So we’re going to have to defund Clemson. Does that sound fair?

Lindsey Graham will continue to get re-elected until a national public figure with near 100% name ID challenges him. Boomers here will dutifully pull the lever for him over anyone they don’t intimately know - virtually every candidate that has run against him doesn’t can’t understand this. You can waste your time traveling to as many little pointless republican social events as you want, have a big X account, throw out however much money you want, call him gay, allege hypocrisy, throw out insults, run attack ads that just remind people who already know that Graham exists, but until your name is more recognizable to on the ballot - they will go with the devil they know. Most X pundits have no idea how S.C. politics works. Graham has the broadest name ID and reach of any figure in the state. He’s as known to as many voters here as Trump. The older electorate here identifies more with their party than they do any candidate and they can’t imagine a bad Republican. In 15 years of politics and a lifetime in South Carolina I’ve talked to voters constantly who were: generally over 50, had no idea who was on the ballot, and would crawl over broken glass to vote in every election cycle. They walk into the polls, say they’re Republican, look for names they know, hit submit, and feel a sense of pride they did their civic duty. For them it’s as routine and essential as church every Sunday. Mark Lynch may be a great guy, or he may be awful. Frankly, I have no clue because pretty much no one knew who he was. Several just knew him as the “cocaine guy” because of Graham mailers that probably did more to boost his name ID than his campaign. That’s not a knock on him, it’s just reality. Votes he got were maybe 10% passionate people voting for him and 90% Graham protest votes. This is largely the same reason my dad lost to Mark Sanford in 2013 after Sanford left the country while governor to have an affair. In most states, this wouldn’t fly, but people in S.C. knew Sanford. Part of this is due to the fact that the GOP nationally has pretty much written off the state because it’s reliably red. There’s no real voter education or outreach beyond what candidates can scrape together - and the national GOP wanted Graham anyway. Sure, there’s other complicating factors but that’s the bulk of it. Graham’s result is the least surprising of this election cycle.

Want to also express my great admiration for all staffers of the respective campaigns. Politics is a tough business. They don’t see the countless hours spent traveling, putting out signs, staffing events. Regardless of your outcome, WELL DONE. Be proud of yourselves. #scpol

FORT MILL FRIENDS - Please share this post with someone you know who lives in 29715. Here’s my closing argument on why you should FIRE David Martin as your House Rep and HIRE @DrElizabethEnns . David never voted in a Republican primary until his own in 2024. Think about that! So when he says he “never wanted to be a politician,” what he is really saying he didn’t understand or participate in politics until he was hand-selected by the Columbia establishment to replace Raye Felder. He didn’t and still doesn’t understand the swamp of Columbia. David Martin has one of the most liberal voting records of any Republican in the legislature; there are Democrats who are more conservative than he is. He supported Melissa Inzerillo as a judge, despite overwhelming disapproval by other Republican legislators due to her soft on crime approach that harmed victims. He voted for 2 bloated state budgets (no DOGEing), that last one includes $150 million in corporate bailouts to Scout Motors as well as other egregious examples of wasteful spending. When the budget is challenged as fiscally irresponsible, he accuses people of not wanting to pay for teachers or roads. Each budget has been bigger than the last, outpacing inflation and population growth. He supported the income tax reform bill, which actually raises state taxes on 1/4 of people in SC… Mainly the middle class. David is a lawyer-legislator who is heavily funded by other lawyers. One of the most pressing issues in our state is judicial reform (our judge selection system is broken). What do the people who have donated over $63,000 to him *this cycle alone* want in return? And last, but definitely not least, if you are a fan of @JackieforSC, David admitted to Jackie’s face that he was actively trying to recruit another lawyer (!!) to primary her. He has bashed conservative parents and the YCGOP many times on social media. He is no friend to the grassroots. On the other hand…. His opponent Elizabeth Enns is a strong conservative committed to cutting wasteful spending, won’t vote like a Democrat, AND is a pastor and mom who also will provide great constituent services to you. She understands THE SWAMP of Columbia because she’s been a grassroots activists trying to move solid legislation for years and years. She will never vote for soft on crime policies. She will never vote for a bad state budget. AND she is beholden to NO ONE - she is funded by small dollar donations of people who actually live here. It’s time for a true conservative to represent Fort Mill. It’s going to be close, so I need you to share this with your friends. #scpol @fitsnews

Reminder: Alan Wilson endorsed in many races in 2024. One of the worst was Senator Katrina Shealy who joined democrats in voting against the heartbeat bill.
No, it’s not true. Ralph is not endorsing in the AG race—or any statewide races. The same is true for most statewide candidates. We are all focused on our own races. This is a lie pushed by Wilson supporters to distract from the fact Wilson campaigned for Democrat James Smith to be a circuit court judge. Smith is a radical Lefty who would have struck down pro-life and pro-family legislation. I led the effort to oppose Smith. Republican leadership forced his opponent to drop out of the judicial race and claimed we had no choice but to elect him unanimously. The @SCFreedomCaucus issued call to actions (as did @CharlieOnAir) to pressure lawmakers to vote NO, and we forced a roll call vote on Smith and defeated him. Another reason to vote Norman/Morgan.

If you live in South Carolina and get an election mailer from Palmetto Truth Project or Conservative Grassroots Network Election Fund, these are liberal groups masquerading as right-wing groups. They want to knock out the only conservative members of the legislature left: The Freedom Caucus. Every word is a lie. They voted the opposite. If you're a conservative, YOU should vote FOR whoever these groups are attacking. They know Freedom Caucus members don't have money to fight back because they aren't RINOs owned by liberal special interests. Please vote for Thomas Beach, Josiah Magnuson and Rob Harris if you live in their legislative districts.

I've been hearing a lot about the Scout Motors bailout, and I have some questions. Last Tuesday, the budget conference committee met and was expected to reconvene the very next day. Instead, everything was put on hold, probably until after the June 9 primary. That's interesting timing. According to reports, lawmakers are looking at ways to tuck another $150 million for Scout Motors into different parts of the budget rather than having one straightforward vote where taxpayers can clearly see who's for it and who's against it. South Carolina currently has more than 86,000 job openings. We don't have a jobs problem. We have businesses all across our state looking for workers. So why are taxpayers being asked to write yet another check to a billion-dollar corporation? And if it's such a great idea, why wait until after the primary to do it? As a mom, taxpayer, and legislator, I believe people deserve transparency. If we're going to spend another $150 million of your money, the debate should happen in the open, before voters cast their ballots, not after. Maybe I'm crazy, but if you're proud of your vote, you shouldn't need to hide it until after the primary. Read the full FITS News article below. #SCPol #FollowTheMoney #Transparency #ironblonde @SCFreedomCaucus
🚨 Wow... the crony capitalists will NEVER stop trying to rip taxpayers off. Here's the latest on the @HenryMcMaster/@PamelaEvette/@SCHouseGOP effort to route tens of millions of dollars in additional corporate welfare handouts to @Scout_Motors. fitsnews.com/2026/06/05/sout…

HUGE endorsement.
South Carolina! On Tuesday June 9th dump Lindsey Graham & vote for Mark Lynch @MarkLynchSC ! Mark Lynch is the America First fighter South Carolina needs in the U.S. Senate. He has built a successful business, created jobs, signed the front of a paycheck, and lived the values that Washington politicians only talk about. Mark understands that our country needs secure borders, a strong economy, a serious foreign policy, and leaders who put American citizens first. Lindsey Graham has had decades in Washington, and the results speak for themselves. South Carolina deserves a senator who will stand with President Trump, fight for working families, defend our freedoms, and take on the political establishment. I am proud to endorse Mark Lynch for U.S. Senate.

One of the first pieces of advice Rep. David O'Neal gave me when I was elected was: "Make sure you request a suite with Thomas Beach." David had been Thomas's suitemate before me, and now I know exactly why. @ThomasBeach is a veteran, husband, father, and one of the most principled conservatives in Columbia. He asks tough questions, isn't afraid to challenge the establishment, and always puts his constituents first. His booming voice is famous around the House—whether he's calling roll or standing up on the floor to fight for conservative principles. That's exactly why the establishment is spending money to try to replace him. If you have friends or family in Anderson County, please encourage them to get out and vote for Thomas Beach. And if you're able, consider supporting his campaign. secure.anedot.com/thomasbeac… South Carolina needs more conservatives like Thomas Beach, not fewer. #SCPol #ironblonde #electthereal

Lindsey Graham can spend millions on attack ads. They can flood your phone with texts. They can try to define my husband by a mistake from 41 years ago. But they can't erase four decades of redemption, faith, family, business success, and helping people find freedom from addiction. I've spent 38 years beside Mark Lynch. I've watched him build businesses, raise a family, help countless people overcome addiction, and live out the faith that changed his life. That's why I'm speaking out. Not as a politician. Not as a campaign spokesperson. As his wife. As someone who knows him better than anyone. The Mark Lynch I've known for nearly four decades is not the man they're trying to portray. June 9. Vote Mark Lynch.

My constituents told me to vote no on the $1.3 billion VW project ($400 million of which is taxpayer cash). But the swamp wants me to ignore those “back home.” I’ll always listen to my constituents far more than lobbyists, big corps, other legislators, or unelected bureaucrats.

I am running for Lt. Governor of South Carolina with future Governor @RalphNorman. This is the most conservative ticket in our state’s history. Our state is at a crossroads. We cannot continue with 8 (or 16) more years of crumbling roads, high taxes, wasteful spending, rampant mismanaged overdevelopment, and political corruption. The Good Ole Boy System must be dismantled. The stranglehold of lobbyists and special interest groups over our government must be broken. Ralph is the leading conservative voice in SC. His record of fighting against the establishment and winning is unmatched. He leads the @freedomcaucus in Congress, and I led the @SCFreedomCaucus in the State House. His selection of me as running mate proves that GONE are the days of nepotistic or liberal appointments. Ralph is a man of action, not talk, and he has a concrete plan to fix this state. So what does a Lt. Governor do? Constitutionally…not much. Basically—it’s a bully pulpit. You advocate for the Governor’s agenda and should serve as a watchdog and mouthpiece for the people. I commit this to you—I will show up and fight for you each day. I will call out corruption. I will demand transparency. I will defend this beautiful state’s culture, values, resources, and heritage. I will implement the common-sense Norman agenda. Rarely do you have a golden opportunity for change. Vote Ralph Norman for Governor.
