After 5 minutes using Gemini Pro, I immediately regret it... have used GPT for years now to code. Tested Gemini when it was new and it was BAD. Got a Pixel 9 pro with a free year to Gemini Pro and now I have to worry about my PII being ingested. Thanks #Google

I expect someone to email me about this. Not only is this functionality not outlined in the documentation I agreed to, there is not information on how to turn this functionality off. If my google drive PII is being sucked into Gemini, that's a serious problem.

As a government employee who is unable to use GenAI for official work, it's painful. I'm doing so much incredible work on the side and there's so much potential for efficiency and improvement.

any #medlibs out there run into issues with Medline (OVID) .ris exports before? The field codes seem to be very different from other exports. I don't have access to OVID and trying to troubleshoot. Thanks!!

As a researcher who relies on @internetarchive and the @waybackmachine to access gray lit and other archived information, it's extremely sad and frustrating to watch all the BS on hacking/court decisions. Do these idiots not realize how critical this is?
