my lord, it's midnight and I'm up developing examples of search string strategy variations using a protocol for reducing attacks on people from large carnivores. Also, I just really can't wait to start presenting on CiteSource.

Replying to @aarontay
Already mentioned by @Ed_pheasant , but CiteSource allows for this analysis. You can compare sources, methods, and/or strings. Here's one plot from the package.

Inspired by everything presented today as a part of #ESMARConff2023 and couldn't help but to work on a couple more plots for #CiteSource! Tomorrow's the big day! Nervous and excited! esmarconf.org/events.html

When watching the panel 1 on tools for information retrieval and can't help but think about how #CiteSource will help with analyzing strings. We explored this in our benchmarking vignette, but looking forward to more folks using the package and applying analysis! #ESMARConf2023

I think the upset plot would work well to show this overlap. Drop us a line on the CiteSource discussion page and let us know how it goes. Sounds like it could be another use case for sure. github.com/ESHackathon/CiteS…

CiteSource (github.com/ESHackathon/CiteS…) does this (led by @Tlibriley) for citations within a single SR but groups by source. If you changes the source to be the systematic review code, it would do exactly this for you.

Our team has used @TheLensOrg for quite some time. One of the main reasons I wanted to build CiteSource was in order to analyze ROI. The team is getting closer by the day!

Having fun iterating on visuals for #Citesource tonight. Looking forward to building these in #ggplot2, or at least finding out how far I can get 😁 The Sankey is a longshot 🙃
