Deeply grateful for our collaboration with the brilliant team at @ResearchHubF @ResearchHub @joycesticks @rust_ruslan @jeffyfish9 and many others. Truly a privilege! Our automated Drosophila phenotyping system #TrackedFlyBox was deployed assessing sleep outcomes on Aβ42 flies.
The researchers followed with a Stage 1 Registered Report (a reviewable preprint detailing the experimental design before execution).
Then the study was run independently by @TrackedBio using automated systems for consistency and reproducibility.
They examined how neuronal Aβ42 expression in flies disrupts sleep before cognitive decline.
