This was originally a letter that I wrote to a gifted athlete after a few lackluster races. The result was a monster PR followed by their best season. I have since used it with other athletes. This version is from legendary British coach Peter Thompson (he added John Walker’s pic). Thought it might be useful to some athletes in championship season.
