Caring for patients with craniofacial anomalies requires a multidisciplinary team. Oral and maxillofacial surgeons play an important role at every stage. They may perform cleft and craniofacial surgeries, provide alveolar bone grafting and reconstruct the jaws to restore both function and appearance.
