This isn’t a camp. It’s serious training with real results. Physical development isn’t optional - it’s the price of admission if you want to compete and stay healthy. Our athletes don’t just train - they transform. DM us for more info and to apply today!

Troy's roster is 76% transfers. UNC's roster is 24% transfers. Two completely different roster building philosophies. Same Destination: Omaha. As a recruit, don't assume every program views the transfer portal the same way. There is no single path to college baseball.

Movement prep matters. Our coaches incorporate and teach the same concepts/mobility/constraints/bands/plyos to our athletes. When our guys show up to college camps the coaches use their prep work as an example. 👀
Paul Skenes does this entire routine every bullpen day 😳

My son Nolan made his PBR debut today — first time on the profile, and he came out firing 89 mph and performed great. PSA to all the baseball parents: Stop burning money on expensive showcases and high-level travel ball until your kid is actually ready. Invest in getting him strong, mechanically sound, and confident first. The results show up when the work is done at home. Nolan’s just getting started… can’t wait to see what’s next. ⚾💪

JUCO is the real deal. Gritty competitors who love baseball. IYKYK.
I’ve been watching a lot of the Juco World Series this week on ESPN , and it’s the purest form of baseball I’ve seen in ages. No K zone. No radar gun. Dodgy field. Just guys chasing dreams and a ring. I couldn't love it more. Especially considering this is who’s pitching tonight.

Yesterday I wrapped up my college baseball career as well as my playing career. I was reflecting on some things that I wish I knew coming into college or somethings that I would tell younger players interested in playing college baseball. So here they are in no particular order⬇️

The vast majority of 13u-14u’s don’t need exposure. They need to learn the fundamental skills that will open their HS coaches eyes. Everything else will follow. Stop chasing rings and trophies and instead focus on preparation.
Parents are often told to chase exposure. But exposure is only valuable when it is connected to readiness, fit, and a real next step. Otherwise, it can become another expensive activity that creates more anxiety than answers.

ATTN: All HS Baseball players Before you (or your parents or travel ball coach) tells everyone you’re only interested in D1… Go to a D2, D3, NAIA or JUCO game. (especially in the post-season). I promise your eyes will open and maybe some more doors.

Jacob worked his tail off with us over the summer and winter. Zero surprise it’s showing on the field. A legit two-way 29 to put on your radar now.
‘29 Jacob Torres - @MajorsBullPen Faced adversity early before settling in for 6IP with 7Ks. 50/50 usage b/w FB and SL. FB with natural arm side run. SL generating whiffs. FB: 78-80, T82 SL: 65-67 @PrepBaseballVA | @PBVADC_Nolan #VAHS26

Jacob’s work ethic our programming and coaching = success. Structure electric/competitive environment data-informed test/retest gives our guys an absolute advantage on the field. The smart ones train when no one is watching so they dominate when everyone is.
