1. Create a team (from the MS3 to attendings, make everyone feel apart of your team).
Excited to have matched at @WashUSurgery for MIS fellowship! Thankful for the many great mentors that have gotten me to this point and the opportunity to grow and learn from the faculty at WashU starting in 2023! @WakeMis@WakeSurgEd@SAGES_Updates@lpneff@cwestcot
The @CCFSurgery residents rocked it on their research day- very impressed with all of their hard work. Thanks to @aprabhumd1 and Dr. Matthew Walsh for the hospitality!
@amyhildreth spoke about the value of research in surgical education as our visiting professor for resident research day. An outstanding presentation capping a phenomenal day.
Quite possibly the most important revelation from today…@aprabhumd1 getting carded. Grandpa, @MikeRosenMD, let us know when you get carded. #QIQCSummit
