Blepharoplasty, explained simply 👇 👁️ Who Anyone with heavy eyelids. Young, middle aged, or older. If your lids feel heavy or look heavy, you’re a candidate. ✨ What Blepharoplasty is eyelid surgery that removes excess skin and fullness to create brighter, lighter, more rested eyes. ⏰ When Any age. Some patients do this in their 20s or 30s because of genetics. Others in their 40s, 50s, or 60s to refresh tired eyes or stay ahead of aging. 📍 Where Performed as an outpatient procedure with a quick recovery and minimal downtime when done thoughtfully and conservatively. 🛠️ How Through precise, hidden incisions that respect eyelid anatomy and preserve a natural, non hollow appearance. Blepharoplasty isn’t about looking younger. It’s about removing the heaviness that makes you look tired even when you feel great. That heaviness can come from genetics, skin laxity, or subtle fullness that weighs the eyes down. It shows up as makeup creasing, shadowing, asymmetry, or the constant comment of “you look tired.” Here’s what patients usually want to know 👇 ⏱️ Recovery Most patients are presentable in 7 to 10 days. Swelling and bruising improve quickly and continue to refine over several weeks. 💰 Cost One of the highest value facial procedures. Subtle changes with a powerful impact. Pricing depends on whether upper lids, lower lids, or both are treated. 🧑‍⚕️ Who should perform it Eyelid surgery requires restraint, precision, and deep understanding of anatomy. The goal is refreshed, not pulled or overdone. ✨ Benefits Brighter eyes Less heaviness Improved symmetry More visible lid space A rested, natural appearance ⚠️ Risks Temporary swelling, bruising, dryness, or asymmetry are possible. When performed conservatively, blepharoplasty is one of the safest and most predictable facial surgeries. The best results don’t announce themselves. People don’t say “you had surgery.” They say “you look rested,” “you look refreshed,” or “you look really good lately.” That’s the goal. #wardmd #blepharoplasty #eyelidsurgery

There is a 1 in 15 trillion chance that Joseph Smith wrote the Book of Mormon. That number comes from a rigorous statistical analysis of the text. Watch the breakdown. You can reject the conclusion. But you have to reckon with the math.

What historical fact sounds fake but is true?

Pro tip: If you’re in the market for some happiness, follow this random German fella as he explores the US for the WC and seems genuinely tickled to be experiencing America.
This is our route for the next few days. Auburn tomorrow, then continuing on towards Houston for Germany’s game. If you have any recommendations for places to stop along the way, let me know!

If what he says is true, It explains why some of the most radical left ideas have so much success in Utah. It would make sense for foreign powers to target the reddest part of America.

I'm not a Mormon. So why do I zealously support the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints? Because our country is dying. That is a fact. America is in late stage imperial collapse, the same disease that took Rome. And of every institution still standing, the Latter day Saints are the best positioned, spiritually, demographically, and materially, to stop it. Sometimes I come down hard on the Saints, wanting them to burn hotter, fight harder. It isn't criticism and it isn't hate. It's a comrade calling across the same battlefield, watching the line thin where you used to stand. I need you back in the fight. As Charlie Kirk said, “First of all, I love Mormons. I’ve said that forever. I love how Mormons have more kids than they can afford. I think it’s time for Mormons — you’ve got to get your mojo back. No more of this L.G.B.T. stuff. We need the strong Mormon Church back in this country, right?”

Let’s build the data centers we need
Why is there suddenly such an aggressive push against American data centers and AI infrastructure? After seeing a major spike in coordinated opposition campaigns around our Utah projects, we conducted a digital audit and traced a large amount of the activity back to an organization called Alliance for a Better Utah, which has been pushing misinformation throughout Box Elder County about our data center developments. What’s even more concerning is where the funding appears to originate. After reviewing IRS Form 990 filings and tracing the network behind it, the money appears tied to Chinese linked funding channels connected through an organization called Arabella. Think about the incentive, if China is racing to dominate AI and compute capacity, why wouldn’t they want to slow American infrastructure down?

Hmm
Sanders and AOC introduced a bill to pause ALL AI data center construction. 300 local bills filed. Half of planned 2026 data centers facing delays or cancellation. Each one brings billions to local economies. The people who say they want American jobs are trying to block the biggest job creation engine since the interstate highway system.

How foolish, vain, evil, devilish, quick to do inequity, slow to do good, quick to hearken unto the words of the evil one, quick to be lifted up in pride, quick to boast, do all manner of that which is in equity, and how slow are we to remember the Lord our God! Helaman 12:4-5 But how good is God? He knows this is our nature. He knows that we need chances to start over, to have new beginnings, to reset, and go again. He loves us and our growth and progress is His work and His glory. What a blessing!

We're not gonna drain the Great Salt Lake. That's ridiculous. We are gonna create incremental jobs. This is not gonna destroy air quality because we don't have the option to do that. That's controlled both state and federally, and we don't want to do that. That's not what we wanna do. I want this to be the example of what we can do all across the country. This is not going to be my only project. But in order to do that, we have to prove it, and we're not building 40,000 acres of data centers. That's the size of the land parcel. So saying it’s twice the size of Manhattan is ridiculous. We're building very slowly and incrementally, and everybody around us nationally and internationally can see what we're doing. It'll be totally transparent, and we want it to be the shining example of how you do this.

So the Judge that authored the opinion forcing Utah to redraw their Congressional map (which added an absurd Democrat seat) just resigned after her ex-husband alleged she was having an affair with the plaintiffs attorney in the redistricting case that she presided over….
Utah News Dispatch: Utah Supreme Court Justice Diana Hagen announces her resignation from the court. Hagen faced allegations she had a relationship with an attorney involved in a case about redistricting, which led to Utah getting a new congressional map.

Most people get one thing wrong about facelifts. They think they’re for older people with wrinkles. They’re not. This patient is young. This wasn’t about “anti aging.” It was about structure. Her tattoos give us something we almost never get in facial plastic surgery: fixed landmarks. They don’t change with lighting, angles, makeup, or posing. Follow the dots. You can literally see the deep structures of the face and neck being repositioned to where they are supposed to sit. Not tighter. Not stretched. Repositioned. That’s why the jawline becomes cleaner, the neckline sharper, and the entire face more balanced while still looking completely natural. This is the difference between pulling skin and remodeling structure. Patients travel from all over the country for this exact reason. #WardMD #Facelift #SLC

Compared to the top humanitarian aid providers on the planet, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints led all faith-based donors and provided more in total expenditures than the EU and the United States. This table shows the Church ranking 7th in total expenditures provided among all entities of the world.
