@verynetwork I paid for a delivery date of 27/5. My item has been sat in a yodel depot since with no signs of movement. How can I get the delivery fee refunded.

My order was for nearly 30 quid with 3 meals plus a load of extras, driver turned up with a single muffin and 1 bottle of orange juice, saw him on the tracking going back to McDonald's and then the tracking lost him, no reaponse from anyone and 30 quid out of pocket

@JustEatUk your driver has just turned up with an order that looked like it cost a fiver when the correct order was for nearly 30 your help page is a total joke with a 2 day turn around time on getting an answer, please respond to your DM's

Yodel is same tho my parcel I don't think has even left asos. Ordered 17th email from asos with Yodel tracking estimated delivery 21st. Tracking as static since 18th. Trying to get a refund need to wait 48hrs. Not great at all.

Thanks #yodel I’m going to have a very upset 7 year old for Christmas, the only present he has asked for. Managed to get to the UK on time all the way from China but is struggling to make the last hours drive to us. Item out for delivery on Monday driver couldn’t find the house

Why do companies continue to use @YodelOnline to not deliver things? Other reliable courier companies are available. Delivery scheduled for today, yodel tracking says they can’t be bothered and it won’t be here till next Wednesday

@BrewDog @YodelOnline oh and I didn't change delivery dates?!? Brewdog need to get rid of Yodel as delivery I think... I've asked both companies how to make a formal complaint but neither will tell me.

@YodelDeliveryMan Yodel delivery man castigated when he found a door open and left a parcel on the kitchen table. Shoulda thought themselves lucky. I had a postcard shoved through the letterbox: saying parcels chucked over the Garden Gate.

@verynetwork @VeryHelpers My order that was meant be delivered on Monday,then Tuesday by Yodel has attempted delivery today at 4:39! ‘Someone’ has told them I moved and the order, which I needed for Christmas is being returned back to Very!Keep it for using this useless company
