These binders hold all communications for 50 PERM roles I applied for.
The records bound together with the three rings are 10k open PERMs being processed by the DOL right now.
Almost all the roles I applied are being filled with foreigners on H1-B — even the 90% from firms that never contacted me during the labor market test.
This is the truth of the H1-B program.
It’s about displacement.

151 of those (85%) since 2025.
The issue is not just the public, it’s from within.

I work with, competed with, have interviewed, been interviewed by Indians in North Texas. I have seen how you behave in the IT workplace. Suffice to say, your inflated view of the value Indians bring is comical. They stand on the shoulders of others, no real innovation. They cheat on interviews, fake degrees, they are very prejudiced. It will take years to undo the H1-b era in this country

Vivek Ramaswamy said we were lazy and grew up watching ‘Saved By The Bell’ and that’s why we didn’t open businesses. Turns out his people were getting special racial minority loans that others couldn’t access, and it had nothing to do with their alleged superior work values.
Today, SBA introduced a proposed regulation to end racial discrimination in the 8(a) Business Development Program.
Under the new rule, individuals will no longer be considered “socially disadvantaged,” and therefore eligible for the 8(a) program, simply because they are a member of a racial minority group.
And no individual may be barred from the 8(a) program simply because they are white.

Personal story of H1B/Offshoring Fraud:
As a hiring manager, my Indian supervisors/HR department literally just hand me a pile of resumes full of Indian names, and I am told I cannot use ANY other sources than their approved list of candidates.
The fact that you CANNOT easily identify which company I worked for tells you everything you need to know about happening to the American workforce.
