Insights from the 2024 FinAccess Household Survey reveals the usage of the Hustler Fund, with 28.9% of the population (approximately 8.1 million people) utilising the fund. Business owners and casual workers are the primary users, with men leading at 31.8% (4.3 million) compared to women at 26.1% (3.7 million). The survey also highlights that the highest uptake occurs among individuals aged 26-35 years (39.4%, or 3.1 million), while the lowest usage is found in those over 55 years (11.2%, or 0.4 million). In terms of residence, urban areas show the highest participation, with 35.4% (2.0 million) of users from these regions.
