So excited to share that our paper on the ever-elusive Langerhans cell is out now! Using a combo of in vivo models and RNAseq we have been able to identify some of the intrinsic and extrinsic signals that drive LC identity. Check it out! @BennettlabUCL
New research in mice provides insight into how #Langerhans cells develop similar to macrophages but can behave like #dendritic cells. @annappios @BennettlabUCL @SystImm_Nomad Read more in Science #Immunology: scim.ag/8hz

Great work from @McGovernLab in collab with @cw_hanna that highlights the human placenta as a site of primitive haematopoiesis! 👏🏼Check it out (especially cool if you nerd out over macrophage ontogeny like I do🤓)

📰@ReiseSousaLab has found a group of latent stem cells that, in the lab, change into 3 main cell types of the central nervous system If they exist in humans & we can coax them into these cell types, it could offer new therapies for spinal cord injuries ow.ly/7eJk50KpqHJ
