Interdisciplinary research can be challenging, but exciting and rewarding to work with @ffrancafrat @Mauri_group @WilleggM @JosefNg1 and @DrAlexStew. Loving this paper, tell your sterile transcripts from your productive ones and the world of CSR opens up with fascinating insights
sciCSR developed by @FraternaliLab, @JosefNg1 and colleagues is a computational workflow that uses scRNA-seq data to predict class switch recombination events and B cell dynamics. nature.com/articles/s41592-0…

Huge thank you to @Emma_S_Chambers for all her expertise she's brought to our Board as one of our first ever ECR Trustees. In particular, she's been a champion for developing initiatives to provide extra support for ECRs & on our vaccine engagement activities
Today is my last board meeting as @britsocimm trustee. I have spent six wonderful years representing ECRs - I am incredibly proud of ECR initiatives brought in by the BSI, such as the Career Enhancement Grants immunology.org/membership/gr…. Thanks to the trustees past and present.
