🏆 Final Verdict AI Lounge sounds more premium due to its restricted access for AI Business Class, Maharaja elite members, and Star Alliance travelers. However, if you value space, quieter surroundings, better views, and gaming facilities, the RuPay Lounge is far better.

@SamsungIndia Extremely disappointed with the service experience 4 my Samsung AC. The assigned engg advised me not to buy Samsung products nd instead sell d AC. He declared d compressor faulty despite the AC being under extended warranty nd refused to proceed with the repair. 1/2

Hi @SABBank, I applied for a credit card and it has already been approved. I also requested instant card generation, however the card is not visible in the SAB app or online banking. I can only see the application status. Kindly check and assist.

Seriously @Goibibo? For a flight cancelled by the airline, why is customer consent even required for a refund? This should be automatic. Making customers chase refunds for something not their fault is unacceptable. Please fix this process.

Was expecting much better customer service from @airindia . It’s been 5 weeks since my issue, and instead of proper compensation for the issues and the poor service, I’m still waiting with no clear resolution. Disappointing experience @airindia

@Goibibo What the hell is going on? Airline cancels the flight → I’m eligible for full refund. Now suddenly you say I delayed and policy changed? This is pure bullshit. You can’t change rules after cancellation and dump it on customers. I need my FULL refund. @DGCAIndia

Confirmed rules beforehand. Followed every instruction. Still stuck because your teams don’t communicate. If this is how you treat customers, I can’t imagine how First Class passengers are actually being prioritized. @qatarairways #Fail
