Subscription cancellation with Company A 1. Asks user why they're cancelling 2. User selects "Too expensive" 3. Company says "ok" Subscription cancellation with Company B 1. Asks user why they're cancelling 2. User selects "Too expensive" 3. Company responds by offering a 70% discount for the next 3 months In 3 months time, circumstances might change, and the software may no longer feel "Too Expensive" for the user. Or maybe not. Either way, you walked away with another 3 months of revenue with the possibility to extend. I have, personally, folded for these 97% of the time I am so serious no joke whatsoever If you don't know how to implement something like this I'll point you to one I know of called @churnkey Any works tho - it's more important that you implement it

February report for Supergrow 💸 $7313 MRR ( 44.8%) 💰 $8617 Net Cash Flow 👀 29K Page views(on our landing page) ✨ 2193 Signups ✅ 154 new paying customers 🎯 2316 Posts published from the platform Goals for March • $100K ARR • Revamp & Relaunch Chrome extension • Improve conversion rate What went well this month? 3 major wins #1 Our ProductHunt Launch went super great. We got more than 50 customers because of that. Also, we won the Product of the Day and Product of the Week title. #2 We are growing the team now. We now have @Marinersrevenge, who will help us market the product. One person will help us with customer support queries late at night, and one frontend dev will help us build our Chrome extension. #3 Churn is getting down. It reduced from around 13.33% to 11%. It is still early, but I am happy about it. We integrated with @churnkey, and the early results are good. What can be improved? #1 Churn is still high(11% this month). The good part is that we know why customers are churning. Still, a lot of work is needed here. #2 Our customer support quality has reduced. With a dedicated support person, we hope to maintain the same quality as we had a few months ago. Super excited for March 🚀
