What went well this month?

Our ProductHunt Launch went super great. We got more than 50 customers because of that. Also, we won the Product of the Day and Product of the Week title.

We are growing the team now. We now have
@Marinersrevenge, who will help us market the product. One person will help us with customer support queries late at night, and one frontend dev will help us build our Chrome extension.

Churn is getting down. It reduced from around 13.33% to 11%. It is still early, but I am happy about it. We integrated with
@churnkey, and the early results are good.
What can be improved?

Churn is still high(11% this month). The good part is that we know why customers are churning. Still, a lot of work is needed here.

Our customer support quality has reduced. With a dedicated support person, we hope to maintain the same quality as we had a few months ago.
