The California Transportation Commission has rubber stamped six project opposed by a broad coalition of environmental and transportation groups. The $600m in projects will not solve congestion, but will move us further away from our climate goals. More later...

Creating state and regional capacity for project delivery is particularly important for our ability to build large transit capital projects - which could have a huge climate benefit - more quickly and cost-effectively. Identify the key agencies that should house this capacity.
