4/ The disgraceful waiting lists that have built up are entirely a political choice. Pay erosion for all doctors is far higher than other groups in the NHS (such as nurses who also need #payrestoration)

It was truly wonderful to welcome so many of the BWC Trust team to our Long Service Awards last week. Celebrating 20, 25, 30 and for some, 40 years of service, the atmosphere in the room was magical and everyone left with a smile on their face.
