Request via DM: Good morning all. I was wondering if any of you can help? Is there a way of streaming audio directly into a cochlear implant whilst also using a microphone. This would be for online meeting etc. 1/2

I have a radio aid which I use and it’s not possible to also use a microphone for others to hear me, as far as I know. I’m using the microphone on the computer which isn’t as clear as an external mic. Any advice would be hugely appreciated 2/2

We know it would only cost 0.1% (£8 million) of the annual high-needs budget to return Teachers of the Deaf to 2011 levels. Yet the UK Government has still not addressed the shortage of Teachers of the Deaf.
