A typical 8 hour Uber day involves about 10 minutes of cleaning at the very beginning of the day where I go to Quick Quack car wash (about 3 minutes) and then pull into the vacuum and wipe down bay and spend about another 5-10 minutes vacuuming it out thoroughly with their high powered vacuums and wipe down all seats and consoles with wash rags they supply. So a total of about 10 minutes to start the day. Then after about 10-15 rides I will stop to take a break (need to get blood into my legs anyway) and I use my own portable vacuum cleaner to go back through my Tesla and use my own cleaning cloth with cleaning solution that I keep in the trunk and spend about 5 minutes total cleaning it out. I do this process about every 10-15 rides. From a mileage standpoint nationally a typical ride share is 5-7 miles, in Houston it's a bit longer at about 10 miles. So even here in Houston, it's about 100-150 miles maximum before I need to stop and do a quick 5 minute cleaning of the car to keep customers happy with the interior experience.
