It serves as a vital reminder that as long as the North Caucasus remains under Russian #occupation, #Russia will function as an #empire and continue to undermine international security. The agenda of Russian liberals like @navalnylive, @khodorkovsky_en and @vkaramurza, which promotes the democratization of Russia without decolonization, is complete nonsense.
