Many asylum seekers are put up in the middle of fucking nowhere, they have to pay health surcharges and most come here with nothing to their name. Add to this that they're not allowed to work, this labour government is truly cruel.

I am ending the unrestricted use of taxis by asylum seekers for hospital appointments, authorising them only in the most exceptional circumstances.
I will continue to root out waste as we close every single asylum hotel.
