I know I often come on here just talking nonsense but today I'm asking for your kindness. On July 17th I will be running the Yorkshire challenge 100km ultra marathon, raising money for St. Andrews hospice in Grimsby in memory of my dad. #JustGiving #GTFC justgiving.com/fundraising/g…

Many asylum seekers are put up in the middle of fucking nowhere, they have to pay health surcharges and most come here with nothing to their name. Add to this that they're not allowed to work, this labour government is truly cruel.
I am ending the unrestricted use of taxis by asylum seekers for hospital appointments, authorising them only in the most exceptional circumstances.   I will continue to root out waste as we close every single asylum hotel. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cgjn…

We'd be half good if cricket was even marginally more accessible
Repeat it slowly. If you don't like private schools you don't like English cricket. English cricket would be a complete mess without them.

Still, good news about the average speed on Day 1
England's average speed on Day 1 in Perth was 141kph, the highest they have managed in a Test since records began in 2006. #Ashes

Make no mistake, this is a scare tactic. I went on the podcast and as hard as the lobby groups and media tried, they couldn’t twist anything I said. So they have resorted to lobbying for Louis’ sponsorship to be pulled in an attempt to scare others out of giving me a platform.

Weirdly obsessed with #gtfc and/or simply curious about what happens to your body after ‘30’? This could be the 15mins for you (starting at 1:01:30). However, I’d recommend taking in the whole @GabSutton-filled shebang.

Not only are Labour not standing aside here, they are instead putting up dodgy billboards, because what they love doing is enabling Reform.

The gills fans I met on the train were lovely, their full away end observed the minutes applause for Harry beautifully and they had a good sense of humour in cheering loudly when they got a decision later in the game. So why have their fans on here lost their heads so badly?
