I bet @ChildMntlHealth could use some of those @CalgaryPolice funds. The work they do earlier helps prevent later police involvement.

De-funding the police doesn't mean getting rid of the police. It means redirecting budgets into social services that will better support communities, and removing the social services mandate that has fallen to the police. Also demilitarizing the police.

We couldn't agree more! 17,000 youth helped build farm, aka KidsFarm via FREE field trips. 500 students from @UCalgary volunteer at farm.
@GrowCalgary has presented & provided research to 20 classes.
Free to all kids. Kids love Farms!
