I was there for the #2017Eclipse that started this cycle and there for the #2024Eclipse that ended it. It was a wild, rough seven year cycle.

Whoa no #2017eclipse and #2024eclipse paths cross near #carbondaleillinois in the area where the #newmadridfault #wabashfault is active. 2016-17 beginning of Trump presidency 2020-21 in between eclipses COVID-19, 2020 election, 1/6/2021 etc. 2024 another election year!

That's stellar! I was just 4yrs out of high school& didn't even know what a (D)SLR was. #missedopportunities Oh well—⌚to make up for it now! I made many 🌞filters for the 2017eclipse, giving most away but still have 2. I keep seeing all these inspiring 🖼️—gotta take some myself!

It was an observation seen by many during the #2017Eclipse, The path of totality was ~70 miles wide with darkest part of the umbra of only 2 miles wide, yet cannot be physically modelled.
