Nobody walks into a courtroom and says the lawyer “got lucky” passing the bar. Nobody says the surgeon “won the lottery” getting into the operating room. Nobody tells the Navy SEAL he was just “born with it.” Every elite profession on earth has a known climb. A trail. A price you pay in reps, failure, and years. Except baseball. In baseball we tell a different story. “He got drafted? Wow, he must’ve won the genetic lottery.” We treat the MLB like a scratch ticket — either your number hits or it doesn’t. So players wait. Coaches shrug. And everyone keeps rolling the dice on genetic roulette. Here’s the brutal truth most never hear: 👉 The kids at the bottom of the mountain aren’t unlucky. They were never shown the trail. 👉 Most players have NO idea how far they actually are from the top. 👉 And most coaches have no idea how to get them there — because they believe the lie too. The MLB isn’t a lottery. It’s a mountain. And there IS a trail up it: triple extension, hip-to-shoulder separation, force production, kinetic sequencing, and the kind of training that builds elite velocity on purpose — not by accident. We’ve trained 10,000 athletes and produced 100 MLB draft picks over 20 years using this exact system. Not luck. A blueprint. Stop waiting for a ticket to hit. Start the climb. 🏔️ Comment “CLIMB” and I’ll send you the path — or go to topvelocity.org to start training today. Most players aren’t stuck because of strength… they’re leaking power. Top frame = elite sequencing → full stride → hips lead, shoulders stay closed → energy builds before release Bottom frame = what kills velocity → early rotation → short stride → energy leaks forward instead of transferring That difference is why one arm throws hard… and the other hits a ceiling. Velocity isn’t random. It’s engineered. If your mechanics don’t store and transfer energy correctly, you’ll always be fighting for mph. Fix the sequence → unlock the velocity. Train it the right way inside the 3X Pitching Program. Your radar gun is lying to you. 88 mph sounds good. But on the MLB 20-80 scout scale — the same system every front office uses — that's a 48. Below average. Scouts don't just grade velocity. They grade spin rate, vertical break, and horizontal break too. Most pitchers have no idea what their numbers mean on any of those 4 metrics. PitchDNA changes that. It's the only free tool that grades your pitch against real MLB Statcast benchmarks — the exact same 20-80 scale MLB scouts use on draft day. Enter your metrics. Get your grade. Find out where you actually stand. 10,000 athletes trained. 100 MLB draft picks. PhD-backed science. Free in seconds. 👉 Grade your pitch free right now: topvelocity.org/grade-my-pit… Drop your velocity in the comments 👇 Let's see what your PitchDNA score actually is. 🔥 Deadlift vs. Power Clean — Which One Actually Helps You Throw HARDER? ⚾💥 Most pitchers think lifting heavier automatically means throwing harder. But pitching velocity doesn’t come from slow strength… it comes from explosive power. Here’s the difference 👇 🍎 Deadlifts ✔ Build raw strength ✔ Increase base force production ❌ But they train force slowly 🍌 Power Cleans ✔ Build strength AND speed ✔ Develop explosive lower-half drive ✔ Train rapid force production — exactly what happens in a high-velocity delivery Pitching happens in milliseconds. If your training doesn’t build speed strength together, it won’t transfer to the radar gun. ⚙️ That’s why Olympic lifts like the Power Clean are a core part of the TopVelocity system. Because the goal isn’t just getting stronger… It’s throwing harder. ⚾ Want to train like pitchers who hit 95 mph? Learn the exact system used at TopVelocity camps. 👉 Register now: topvelocity.org Tag a pitcher who still thinks deadlifts build velocity 👇 #TopVelocity #PitchingVelocity #PowerClean #DeadliftVsPowerClean #BaseballTraining #PitchingMechanics #ThrowHarder #3XPitching #BaseballStrength #ExplosivePower

3 Ways the Trunk Accelerator Can Add Serious Velo (Fast) 😳🔥 I’m going to give you 3 proven ways to add velocity using the Trunk Accelerator — and why it works so well. Yes — I’ve seen guys jump as much as 15 mph in one session (extreme case)… but a realistic goal is 2 to 3 mph — and that’s still HUGE. And yes… pro pitchers use it. Here’s why it works: 👉 86% of the energy that reaches the arm comes from the TRUNK. The harness forces your arm to move WITH the trunk — instead of dragging or pushing with the arm. No cheating. No shortcuts. Just pure kinetic chain. Here are the big 3 keys 👇 1️⃣ Match your normal velo first If you throw 75 without it… get to 75 WITH it. Once you match it, velocity almost always jumps after. 2️⃣ Load the trunk — don’t spin early Most players rush rotation. Stay upright. Counter-rotate. Hold. Then release the trunk LATE — and let it whip. 3️⃣ Drive the back pelvis THROUGH Feel the femur push and rotate around. Hip through FIRST → trunk follows → arm rides the wave. Do those three things right… and you’ll feel the ball jump out of your hand. Want healthier velo? Train the trunk — not just the arm. #TopVelocity #TrunkAccelerator #VelocityTraining #PitchingMechanics #ThrowHarder Biomechanics 3XPitching BaseballTraining YouthBaseball MLBPitcher KineticChain

If You’re NOT Using Biomechanics Going into 2026… You’re Already Behind 😳⚾️ I hate to say it — but in today’s game, if you’re not using modern biomechanics and technology to train hitting or throwing… you’re falling behind. Fast. 👀 This isn’t opinion — it’s an edge. And we’ve proven it at TopVelocity. We’ve taken players who were barely on the college radar… and helped them reach pro baseball and even the big leagues — because biomechanics shows us how to get MORE out of the body than traditional coaching ever could. Old-school cues like: ❌ “Point your arm to second base” ❌ “Just get your arm up” Don’t explain: ✔️ pelvis → trunk sequencing ✔️ ground force from leg drive ✔️ energy flow through the kinetic chain But here’s the part MOST people miss 👇 Biomechanics is powerful… but not every body is built the same. Some athletes have: • smaller hip capsules • limited torsion capacity • anatomical constraints So blindly chasing “perfect” mechanics — like max hip delay or extreme torsion — can actually slow you down or hurt you. The goal is NOT to force your body into textbook positions. The goal is to find: 👉 the BEST movement pattern your anatomy can handle 👉 the most efficient pelvis rotation 👉 the cleanest momentum toward the target That’s real applied biomechanics. Not copy-paste mechanics. So yes — embrace the science. Use the technology. Train with intent. But do it intelligently. Because elite development isn’t just knowing the rules — it’s knowing when they apply to YOU. #TopVelocity #Biomechanics #PitchingMechanics #ThrowHarder #BaseballScience 3XPitching VelocityTraining KineticChain PlayerDevelopment BaseballTraining YouthBaseball MLBPitcher

If You’re Only Training ROTATION… You’re Training WRONG 😳🔥 If your goal is to throw harder or hit harder, the WORST thing you can do is train only rotation. 👀 Water bags. Endless med-ball twists. Oscillating sticks. Just firing the obliques over and over. That’s not elite training — that’s an oversimplification of how the body actually works. Here’s the truth 👇 Throwing and hitting are kinetic chain movements. Energy doesn’t start in rotation — it starts in the GROUND. Elite throwers and hitters: 👉 push with the legs 👉 drive force into the body 👉 use rotation as a delay and transfer, not a power source Rotation is largely a decelerator — an eccentric load that allows energy to whip UP the chain. It’s not just concentric → eccentric reps in one segment. That’s not how elite muscles fire. That’s not how elite sequencing works. When you ONLY train rotation: ❌ you miss leg drive ❌ you miss timing ❌ you miss sequencing ❌ you risk building bad mechanics And worst of all — you make it HARDER to ever develop elite movement patterns. Be careful who you learn from. If they aren’t teaching ground force, sequencing, and the kinetic chain, you’re being misled. The science is clear. Train the chain — not just the rotators. #TopVelocity #KineticChain #ThrowHarder #HitHarder #BaseballTraining Biomechanics 3XPitching VelocityTraining BaseballScience PitchingMechanics HittingMechanics YouthBaseball

⚾️🔥 Pitching Hack: Scap Loading Done Right If you’re loading both arms during your delivery… you’re losing velocity before you even throw. Here’s why 👇 ⸻ ❌ Glove Arm Scap Loading = Big Mistake Pulling back your glove scap drags your trunk into early rotation, killing hip-to-shoulder separation and throwing off your kinetic chain. ✅ Throwing Arm Scap Loading = Velocity Let your throwing arm scap load against your back hip — this builds up trunk rotation and creates that whip effect needed for elite velocity 💥 ⸻ 🎯 Fix Your Arm Roles: 🔹 Glove Arm = Point to the target, stay closed 🔹 Throwing Arm = Load scap, build energy 🔁 Separation happens when hips rotate while the shoulder holds back — this is how you create max speed with less effort. ⸻ 💡 Key takeaway: Scap load one arm. Not both. Unlock more velocity by syncing the sequence — not pulling from both sides. 📌 Save this for your next bullpen 💬 Drop “SCAP” if this fixed something for you 👇 Tag a pitcher still yanking that glove side #TopVelocity #ScapLoading #PitchingMechanics #ThrowHarder #BaseballTips #VelocityTraining #HipToShoulderSeparation #SmartPitching #EliteDevelopment #PitchingForm #BaseballCoaching #3XPitching

Why You Keep Missing Glove Side — THIS Is the Real Reason 😳🔥 If you draw a line down the middle of your foot, you’ll notice something BIG about your delivery: Where you start and where you land determines whether your hips ACTUALLY work the right way. 👀 Here’s the truth ⬇️ Studies show the ideal position is: 👉 Landing ~6 inches inside that centerline (toe-to-heel) 👉 Landing about 20° closed Why? Because when your hips rotate from there, everything squares up: ✔️ No pulling glove side ✔️ No yanking arm side ✔️ No drifting across your body ✔️ Just clean, direct energy to the target But here’s the part NO ONE explains: If you start closed AND land closed, then your hips MUST be powered by your backside. Because if you don’t? You’ll start using your front side to open your hips… and the only way you can do that is by landing OPEN. And when you land open, everything pulls: ❌ Hips drift glove side ❌ Shoulders follow ❌ Ball misses glove side over and over You’re not wild — you’re misaligned. Fix the landing… activate the backside… square up the delivery… and your command changes instantly. #TopVelocity #3XPitching #PitchingMechanics #ThrowHarder #PitchingCommand BaseballTraining KineticChain PitchingDevelopment YouthBaseball MLBPitcher BaseballCoach VelocityTraining

NEW TOPV RECORD: Eric Orze Hits 90 MPH on the Trunk Excelerator 💥🔥⚾️ Eric Orze just set the ALL-TIME Trunk Excelerator record — 90 MPH. The highest velocity EVER recorded on the device. 😳🔥 Why does this matter? Because the Trunk Excelerator forces you to do what elite pitchers do naturally: 👉 Accelerate your trunk BEFORE your arm. When your trunk leads, your arm doesn’t have to survive the throw — it gets to ride the energy. Less stress. More power. More elite velocity. This device amplifies the part of your body that produces most of the energy to the baseball. That’s why it’s one of the BEST tools in the world for building healthy, elite-level velocity. 🔥 Master the “Elite Initial Move” for Maximum Ground Force 💥⚾️ Want to generate explosive velocity off the mound? It all starts with your first move — and most pitchers get it wrong. Here’s how to fix it 👇 1️⃣ The Move: Don’t just go down. Don’t just go forward. You need to go down AND forward at the same time — synced and smooth 💣 2️⃣ The Why: This is how you fully load the back leg — like cocking a spring before launch. Think of it like a power jump, but for your pitch 🚀 3️⃣ The Win: Your goal? Hit the Peak Flexion Zone — ankle, knee, and hip stacked with tension, ready to fire 🔥 That’s how you transfer ground force up the chain into serious gas. 💡 Pro Tip: For every inch forward, go an inch down. Lock it in, and unleash the beast. 📌 Save this for your next bullpen 💬 Drop “LOAD” if this clicked for you 👇 Tag a pitcher working on leg drive #TopVelocity #ElitePitching #InitialMove #GroundForcePower #PitchingMechanics #VelocityTraining #YouthPitchers #ThrowHarder #3XPitching #PitchingTips #PeakFlexionZone #LegDriveMatters #BaseballTraining

Why Your Glove Side Is Ruining Your Velocity 😳💥⚾️ Everyone talks about keeping your front side strong, but most pitchers are actually doing it wrong. 👀 If your glove side is fully extended at landing — you’re opening early, leaking energy, and killing your velocity. 💀 Here’s the truth ⬇️ ✅ You want to stay closed longer — that lets your lower half generate more force. ✅ A flexed, internally rotated glove position (like you’re being “handcuffed”) keeps your trunk closed. ✅ From there, you can control rotation and build maximum torque. Extended = easy to fly open 🚫 Flexed internally rotated = locked in and powerful 💪 Master this and your trunk energy — and velocity — will explode. 💥 #TopVelocity #3XPitching #PitchingMechanics #BaseballTraining #ThrowHarder #PitchingVelocity #KineticChain #PitchingTips #ArmCare #BaseballLife #PitchingCoach #VelocityTraining
