The mother dog’s wounds and burns from the acid attack were so severe that her intestines began protruding, and she ultimately succumbed to her injuries. 💔
We cannot begin to imagine her suffering! Harm to community animals is a matter of grave public concern. People who are cruel to animals often move on to other animals and human victims. A female human could be the next target of an acid attack by the same criminal.
We are thankful to local activist, Mr. Prasad Kale and the @spsangli for their help in getting the FIR registered.
For the safety of both animals and people, it’s important that such acts are reported to the police.
