I’m sharing my recent experience with Panasonic AC, and honestly, it’s been very disappointing.
I ordered a Panasonic 5-Star AC (2026 model), which was delivered on 27th April. Since then, it’s been 3 days, and no one has come for installation despite multiple follow-ups.
Every time I call customer support, I’m told that the installation will be done “today”, but that “today” has been repeated for the last 3 days with no action at all.
This kind of delay right after delivery, especially in peak summer, is unacceptable. Installation is not an optional service, it’s a critical part of the purchase experience.
What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability:
- No technician assigned properly
- No confirmed installation slot
- No proactive update from the service team
- Only repeated assurances with no execution
I’m now actually relieved that I didn’t go ahead and order a second AC from Panasonic. If this is the level of after-sales service for one unit, I can’t imagine dealing with multiple.
Panasonic may offer good products on paper, but after-sales service is equally important and right now, it’s extremely poor based on my experience.
I would not recommend buying a Panasonic AC unless they seriously improve their service support and installation timelines.
Buyers, please consider other reputed brands with better service networks.
