FiNANCiEのエコシステムは「あなたの夢が、みんなの財産になる」 「TMAの夢が、FiNANCiE参加PJにかかわる人の財産になり、TMAと関わるPJの夢がTMAの財産になる」を設計する。 ―――――― FiNANCiEの仕組みは非常に奥が深く、且つFiNANCiEを活用する人口が増えれば増えるほど、FiNANCiEを「大切に丁寧に活用する」関連者（特に初期から積極的にFiNANCiEの仕組みに関わるメンバー）に対してリワードを受けることができる仕組みが整っています。 「大切に丁寧に活用する」が非常に重要ポイントです。仕組みについて学べば学ぶほどに、その設計は丁寧でかつ循環されるように出来ています。 ほとんどのユーザーにとっては以下のような機能で終始しているのではないでしょうか？ ①爆益案件の初期ファンディングでCTをいかに獲得し、ピークで売るか？の投機的なとらえ方 ②応援コミュニティーのCTを一定数確保しておいてのユーティリティー目当て（ファンクラブの会員権的なとらえ方） ②コミュニティー内での贈与文化（いいねの代わりにtoken、投げ銭文化のアプデバージョン） FiNANCiEの火付け役、マーケットリーダーであるCNGでできる機能が、まだ上記の内容しかシステム的にできないので、理解もそこで留まるのも仕方ないのかもしれません。※ CNGだけではなく、立ち上がりＰＪはすべて同じルール ただ、初期ファンディングのCTにはロックアップ機能があり、90日毎に50万CTが売却可能になります。 90日間制限されていた売却機能ですが、この間に「利確」を考えている人を、如何に保有継続してもらえるかを伝え続けて、理解してもらって、サスティナブルに支援、応援して頂くようにすることが、プロジェクト側のMissionです。 ですので、CTの初期ファンディングの前から「サスティナブルに応援して下さる方が豊かになる方法」と言うものを発信する必要があると考えています。 ※”金銭的に得をする”というのは一概ではないので、初期ファンディング参加で金銭的な得だけではなくそれ以外の「人生を豊かにする、楽しませる」ということも含めています。 そして、その仕組みがFiNANCiEにはあります！ まず、CTの理解と、FiNANCiEが発行している暗号資産FNCTの理解が必要です。 CTはトークンというので暗号資産のようですが、その実態はコミュニティー参加の会員権を小口に細分化したものというとらえ方の方が良いかと思います。 そしていわゆる「通貨」と同等の役割を果たすことができるFiNANCiEの暗号資産がFNCTです。 これは全く別物です。 CTはファンクラブの会員権です。会員権にもグレードがあるように、CTにおいてもより多く保有している＝会員権のグレードになり、そのグレードに対してユーティリティーが設計されます。そのユーティリティー（限定体験やコンテンツの優先・優遇）の魅力的な設計でCTを「手放そう」という人より「応援しよう」という人が増えるれば、その会員権であるCTの価値が上がっていくという仕組みです。 そしてユーティリティーの魅力の設計には２つあり「コミュニティー」と「ユーティリティーの機能」です。 まずは「コミュニティー」からですが、これはシンプルに「楽しく」「盛り上がっている」場所を如何に作り、アクティブなユーザーを増やせるかです。 楽しく盛り上がっているコミュニティーにはFiNANCiEの仕組みで「Active score」というものがあり、その上位50位までには毎月FNCTが順位スコアに応じてコミュニティーに対して付与されます。そしてコミュニティー内において「CTを簡単に手放さないぞ！」と宣言している人に対して、その簡単に手放さないCTの保有量が多ければ多い人に対してFNCTがコミュニティーから分配されるという仕組みがあります。 「CTを簡単に手放さないぞ！」の宣言の仕組みがCTH（コミュティートークンホールド）です。 ファンクラブの会員権であるCTを大切にする（CTHでロックする） ⇒ コミュニティーを盛り上げる。楽しい場所にする。 ⇒ コミュニティー全体の順位があがる（Activescore上位） ⇒ FNCTという報酬の通貨がもらえる 自分が好きで初期から応援しているプロジェクトを盛り上げて、Activescoreを上げる貢献をして、且つ、応援でCTを大切にCTHすれば、わざわざCTを売って換金しなくてもFNCTというお金でのリワードが得ることができます。 まずは各コミュニティーで盛り上げを作り、コミュニティーのプロジェクトを積極的にユーザーが育てることで、Activescoreの順位を押し上げ、リワードももらえる。 そしてまたCTをCTHする量を増やしたいという動機が産まれ、CTを買い増しするという流れも生まれます。 次に「ユーティリティー機能」の設計ですが、単体のPJで期待する効果を成し得るのは難しいケースが多々あると思います。 PJごとで得意としている領域が違ったり、顧客層も固定化しており、なかなか新規の獲得に苦労するというプロジェクトが多いというのが一般的であると思います。 新規を獲得できない場合に待ち受けているのは、CTの売買にかかる手数料でのコミュニティー全体の消耗です。 基本的には売買の往復で20％手数料がかかりますので、常に20％以上の成長率がないとCTの価値は下がり続けることになります（単体でこれが出来ると強いですが、それができるならクラファンする理由も・・・？） ここで着目すべきは異業種のプロジェクトとコラボをして、FNCTでコンテンツを提供する設計をすることかと考えています。 FNCTの現状の用途は以下です。 ①CTを円より割引で購入できる ②ステーキングすることでFNCTのリワードを得れる 他にもあるかもしれませんが、それほど認知を得ている用途はないかと思います。 これは各コミュニティーでFNCTの利用方法まで検討していないからかと思います。 このFNCTの用途を如何に増やしていくかが、FNCTの価値向上につながると仮説をたてることができます。 またFNCTの価値が大きくなれば、CTHのメリットが大きくなるので、CTHの促進が進み、各CTの価値が上昇しやすくなります。 ここに着目すれば、FiNANCiE参加プロジェクトの異業種同士でFNCTの使用用途のあるコンテンツを産み出すことが１つの回答になります。 FNCTの利用用途を作るのは、単体のプロジェクトでも可能ですが、それがより威力を発揮するのは、FiNANCiE参加プロジェクトがより多くそのコンテンツに関わり利用することで、参加人数が単体よりもブーストします。 「FNCTが欲しい」「FNCTが必要」のコンテンツを提供する。 それによりお互いのコミュニティーの交流も生まれる。 コラボ参加PJのCTを一定数以上持っているユーザーに対して、優先優遇でコンテンツを提供する。 コラボ参加PJ同志で、お互いのPJのCTを持ち合ってお互いの価値を高め合う取り組みにして、リターンを大きくする。 これが私の考えているTMAを育てるためにFiNANCiEとシナジーを産み出す設計です。 TMAのアパレル展開もしているので、モデルやアイドルともコラボできるととかを妄想しています（笑 TMAの夢が、FiNANCiE参加PJにかかわる人の財産になり、TMAと関わるPJの夢がTMAの財産になる。 そういうシナジーを産み出す展開を、スタートしてからも模索し続けます！
