What has been communicated to me is only about engine dismantling, not a resolution. No diagnostic report, no clear root cause, and no decision on replacement for my MG Astor (KA03NS0449). After repeated breakdowns, I was left stranded at night with my wife and 2-year-old child from 8 PM till midnight. Since March 11, it has only been continuous follow-ups with no accountability and no clear outcome. I have been repeatedly requesting MG Motor India to connect me with the right person who can take ownership, but every time I am asked to call customer care again. Customer care keeps saying they are not the right team and that it has to come from the complaint team. When I request to connect them on a call, I am told it will take time. How much time? How many days should I keep following up? Even from the service center (MVIT, Yelahanka, Bangalore), I have not received proper callbacks, and there is clear lack of concern towards resolving this issue. If this is considered ‘explained’, then where is the resolution? "We don't leave it to choice". Your game has autofailure. "We don't have rules for running." They are literally there. " You do a Speed check by using Dexterity, we don't have rules for that" Dexterity is not a a stat in your game, you do tell how and when to Speed check

As someone who carries ppl the most time in rtfos .... The people need to understand how the TFO and the objectives work and they need to do at least a minimum of damage. Without restrictions elite rtfos will end in autofailure in 90% of the time
Queued for 8 Elite TFO's this morning in @trekonlinegame , including the most popular. Nothing's popping. We may be hitting the phase where people check out of the new hotness (like new TFO's before the RTFO's introduced) and resume regular grinding. We need elite random TFOs.

5e on Roll20 went OK tonight. After a four or five week hiatus. Online DMing is definitely not my strong suit but as long as folks were entertained, I still succeeded. Like rolling a 1 on a skill check with a low enough DC, not an autofailure! I can do better though.
