In the course, we have used the fundamental data of the top 100 companies in the S&P 500 according to the market cap in 2017. Calculate PE and PB ratio. The formula is as shown below: PE ratio = (Price of asset) / (Earnings per share) PB ratio = (Price of asset) / (Book value per share) Rank the assets in ascending order for the day. Note that the undervalued assets possess a low PE and PB Ratio. Thus, the most undervalued asset will be the one with the lowest PE and PB Ratio.
