Most people in wellness have a routine. A few have a protocol. The executives who book with CeCe Law have a nervous system that no biohacking stack can fix — until it gets recalibrated. The Hamptons Elite Biohacker Retreat just opened. luxholistics.polsia.app

I have this idea of splitting your health protocols into 2 groups one is your perennial protocol The other one is your quarterly focus protocol Same way you’d run a business You’ve got your baseline operations that just run regardless: - Sunlight - Diet - Sleep - Training - Core supplements (magnesium etc) That’s your perennial stack, always on doesn't really change Then instead of trying to optimise every single system at the same time (which is what most people do and it just turns into noise) you rotate focus across the year so each quarter you run a cycle across key systems with different peptides, supplements, interventions Month 1) immune system Month 2) cardiovascular system Month 3) liver / kidneys Month 4) brain/hormones then repeat so over a full year everything actually gets attention properly instead of half-assing 10 things at once it’s basically just resource allocation more signal into one system at a time instead of spreading yourself thin and hoping something sticks you get way cleaner feedback as well because you actually know what’s doing something vs just stacking variables on top of each other honestly think this is an elite heuristic if you actually want results long-term This only works if your not a short-sighted person

One of the theories I have around mold illness is that because the mitochondria are dysfunctional This is where 90% of the insomnia comes from And why so either struggle to struggle to stay asleep But that doesn't make sense? Surely if you just solved the your light environment and then your sleep would return to normal? Wrong PINEAL AANAT the enzyme that catalyzes serotonin into melatonin requires acetyl-CoA as a cofactor And acetyl-CoA is primarily produced in mitochondria via pyruvate dehydrogenase (PDH). Even when you sort everything else, there's still a rate-limiting step that exists Faulty mitochondria = reduced acetyl-CoA = impaired PINEAL AANAT activity = faulty melatonin production downstream And this might also be true for other conditions beyond mold/CIRS, a cellular bottleneck.

Winning only retains it's excitability because losing is a possibility When outcomes are guaranteed and no stakes exist, then the default state is apathy Which is why tons of rich kids/nepo types drift into nihilism

The goat gets left out of every serious conversation about sustainable food, which is a shame, because it does a job no other farm animal will touch. A cow is a grazer. A sheep is a grazer. Both want grass, on ground that is at least walkable. The goat is a browser, and its tastes run somewhere else entirely: - It eats scrub, bramble, gorse and thistle, the spiky stuff everything else avoids. - It strips the woody growth and lower branches that choke a neglected hillside. - It works terrain too steep, too rough, and too overgrown for cattle or sheep to bother with. - It thrives on exactly the marginal, reverting, abandoned land that grows nothing anyone wants. This makes the goat the pioneer of the whole system. Put goats onto a bramble-choked hillside and they browse it back, season by season, until grass can establish again. Once the grass comes, the sheep and cattle can follow. The goat opens ground the others could never use. And at the end of it you get milk that many people who cannot tolerate cow dairy digest perfectly well, meat that more of the world's population eats than any other, and a cleared hillside that was an impenetrable thicket the year before. The goat asks for the worst land on the farm and quietly makes it useful. It has been doing humanity's roughest groundwork for ten thousand years, and we still treat it as an afterthought with a comedy reputation.

Want to call yourself a cognitive biohacker? If Cerebrolysin isn't one of the first things on your radar, you're probably just a supplement collector with a fancy title.
