Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal accompanied the Home Minister during the visit, while senior BJP leaders, military officials, bureaucrats, and administrative officers remained present to oversee the arrangements. Among the senior officials present were Chief Secretary V. Srinivas, DGP Rajeev Kumar Sharma, DC Vishram Meena, AOC Nal IAF Amit Kumar Budhwar, IG Om Prakash, Collector Nishant Jain, and SP Mridul Kachhawa, reflecting the high-level coordination between civil administration, security agencies, and the Indian Air Force during the visit. Bikaner city witnessed massive security deployment, with agencies remaining on high alert from Nal Air Force Station to the BSF Headquarters. After arriving, Amit Shah directly proceeded to the BSF Headquarters, where he is scheduled for an overnight stay ahead of Tuesday’s strategic engagements. The Union Home Minister is expected to visit the strategically significant Sanchoo border post to interact with BSF jawans and villagers living in frontier areas. He will also launch the “Vibrant Village 2” initiative focused on strengthening development, infrastructure, and connectivity in India’s border villages. Later, a high-level review meeting with senior BSF and administrative officials will take place at the BSF Headquarters in Bikaner.
