The phonological structure is still CVC.
In Arabic “book” is kitāb in Saudi dialect and ktāb in Moroccan dialect. CVCVC vs CCVC phonological structure.
There are no such structural differences with English dialects.

重要なのは、ローマ字と英語は同じ文字体系（ラテン文字）を共有しますが、音韻対応規則が異なる別の書記体系である点ですね。音韻表象レベルの干渉では、ローマ字は「CV構造（子音＋母音）」が基本なんですが、英語は複雑な子音連結（CCVCなど）を持ちます。あと、音素対応の競合ですね。同一文字に対する安定した対応が崩れるため、初期段階で混乱が起こりやすい

The latter’re the famed sesquisyllables (a.k.a. minor syllables), but they’re messy: some’re spelled CVC~CCVC~CVCC but others are spelled CCC, even though all minor syllables have a phonetic realization of C(C)V, e.g. ស្ត្រី <strī> /satrɤj~sətrɤj~strɤj/ [s̪əˈt̪ɾɤj] ‘woman’
