On est en plein milieu de 3 changements massifs en e-commerce. Chacun pourrait être aussi important, voire plus, que TikTok Shop ou Meta en 2013. Si tu bouges pas maintenant, le marché te forcera à réagir. 1. Les pubs générées par IA Je passe ma vie dans les bibliothèques de pubs et les outils de recherche. C'est dingue à quelle vitesse ça évolue. Chaque semaine, je vois plus de contenu généré par IA dans les pubs. Surtout dans le SaaS et le gaming. J'en ai vu qui dépensent six à sept chiffres par mois. L'e-commerce suit de près. On a déployé quelques créatives IA et les premiers résultats sont solides. Elles performent aussi bien que l'UGC et les formats traditionnels. Et on produit 10x plus vite, sans coûts de production énormes. Je crois que ça sera la norme dans les prochaines années (voire mois). À quoi ça ressemblera : - Cycles créatifs passant de semaines à jours - Volume élevé de variations (30-50 par semaine) devient standard - L'équipe humaine définit la vision, l'IA gère la création, l'itération, l'optimisation 2. Landing pages pour Google Ads On a analysé des dizaines de comptes Google Ads cette année. 9 fois sur 10, ils envoient le trafic uniquement vers des pages produit ou la homepage. Ça marche pour le bas du funnel. Mais tu rates plein d'autres sources de trafic. Pense aux recherches comme "meilleurs compléments pour perdre du poids" ou "comment maigrir après 50 ans". Volume de recherche énorme. CPC moins chers. Potentiel de scale bien plus grand. Mais tu peux pas envoyer ce trafic sur une page produit et espérer qu'ils convertissent. Il te faut des landing pages dédiées à cette source de trafic. Advertorials, quiz, listicles, "top X [produits]", comparatifs, pages de vente. Les marques font ça sur Meta depuis toujours. Mais sur Google Search et YouTube ? Presque personne. On fait tourner ça de façon rentable depuis plus d'un an. Ça nous permet de pousser le budget bien plus loin qu'avant. Ma prédiction : à mesure que les CPM Meta continuent de grimper, plus de marques vont réaliser à quel point c'est rentable sur Google et ça deviendra la pratique courante. Mais pour l'instant, c'est encore un territoire largement ouvert. Le playbook : - Landing pages construites comme des articles éducatifs - Pas de CTA agressif au-dessus de la ligne de flottaison, laisse les gens consommer d'abord - Les produits apparaissent comme une recommandation avec persuasion subtile (preuve sociale, avis, urgence) - Fonctionne incroyablement bien pour les mots-clés haut du funnel et le trafic YouTube 3. Ranker dans les chatbots IA C'est la prochaine évolution du SEO. Les gens utilisent déjà ChatGPT et Perplexity pour des conseils produits. C'est là que l'intention d'achat se déplace. Ça devrait te dire tout ce que tu dois savoir sur la direction que ça prend. On parle de pubs ChatGPT, de mode IA pour Google… Bientôt, le chatcommerce sera un canal d'acquisition massif. Comme Google et Meta l'ont été. Le SEO n'est pas mort. C'est en fait la base de la plupart des systèmes de ranking IA. Les mêmes fondamentaux qui te rendent visible sur Google (payant/organique) sont ce qui fait que les outils IA te font confiance et te recommandent. Notre équipe SEO interne fait des moves sérieux vers ce shift. On fait des tests depuis quelques mois et on a trouvé plusieurs méthodes pour ranker dans les chatbots. Certaines de nos marques apparaissent déjà dans les réponses IA. Du vrai trafic et des ventes réelles de ces placements. Comment commencer : - Crée du contenu structuré et des landing pages qui permettent à l'IA de présenter les produits dans le bon contexte - Accumule avis, témoignages et preuve sociale pour que l'IA fasse confiance à ta marque - Fais mentionner tes produits sur des sites d'avis, forums et communautés - Optimise tes flux produits pour que l'IA puisse facilement les intégrer dans ses recommandations Ce ne sont pas des tendances futures que je prédis. Ce sont des opportunités actuelles qui se passent déjà maintenant. Ceux qui bougent maintenant vont exploser par rapport à ceux qui attendent de "voir comment ça évolue".

we’re in the middle of 3 massive shifts in ecommerce right now. each one could be as big, or even bigger than tiktok shop or meta in 2013. if you don’t make a move now, the market will force you to 1. ai-generated ads i live inside ad libraries and research tools. it’s insane how fast this is moving. every week, i’m seeing more ai-generated content rolled out on socials and ads. especially in the saas and gaming space. seen a few pushing six and seven figures in monthly spend. ecom isn't too far behind. we've rolled out some ai creatives for clients and early results are strong. they’re stacking up well againist ugc and traditional formats. and we’re shipping at 10x the speed, without bloated production costs or endless approval loops. i believe this will be the meta in the next few years (if not months) what it will look like: - creative cycles going from weeks to days - high volume of ad variation becomes standard (30-50 per week) - human team leads vision and direction, ai handles creation, iteration, optimization 2. landing pages for google ads we’ve looked into hundreds of google ads accounts this year 9 times out 10, they’re only running traffic to product pages or homepages these work for bottom-of-funnel stuff. "buy protein powder." "nike shoes." but you're missing out on other valuable traffic sources. think research terms like "best supplements to lose weight" or informational searches like "how to lose weight after 50" huge search volume. cheaper cpcs. way more scale potential. but you can’t dump that traffic on a pdp and expect them to convert you’ll need dedicated landing pages built for that traffic source. advertorials, quizzes, listicles, “top x [products]”, us vs them. sales page. brands have been running these on meta for forever. but on google search and youtube? almost nobody's doing it. we’ve been running these profitably for over a year now. it’s allowing us to push spend much further than before. my prediction: as meta CPMs keep climbing, more brands will wake up to how profitable this is on google and it’ll soon be the common practice but for now, it’s still wide open territory the playbook: - landing pages built like educational articles - no hard ctas above the fold, let people consume first - products appear as a recommendation with subtle persuasion (social proof, reviews, urgency) - works insanely well for top of funnel keywords and youtube traffic 3. ranking inside ai chatbots this is the next evolution of seo. people are already using ai tools like chatgpt and perplexity for product advice. this is where purchase intent is shifting. that should tell you everything need to know about where this is going. talks of chatgpt ads, ai mode for google… soon, chatcommerce will be a massive acquisition channel. the same way google and meta did. seo isn’t dead though. it's actually the backbone of most llm ranking systems the same fundamentals that make you visible on google (paid/organic) are what make ai tools trust and recommend you. our internal seo team is making some serious moves towards this shift we’ve been running tests for the past few months and figured out a few methods to rank inside chatbots. already seeing some of our brands pop up in ai responses. real traffic and sales from these placements. how to start: - create structured content and landing pages that let AI present the products in the right context - stack up reviews, testimonials, and social proof so AI can trust your brand. - get your products mentioned in review sites, forums, and communities. - optimize product feeds so AI can easily pull them into its recommendations. these aren't future trends I'm predicting. they're current opportunities that are already happening. the early adapters are going to run laps around everyone that’s still waiting to “see how it plays out”
